Parking
The nearest Pay and display car park is on Wendron Street, TR13 8PS. Turn right out of the car park and walk down to the junction, turn right again by the granite bench and look for the cannon at the bottom of the steps.
The second nearest pay and display car park is Tyacke Road, TR13 8RY.
Free parking can be found near Coronation Lake at the Fairground Car Park, TR13 8SG. This is a 10-15 minute walk uphill to the museum.
There are also three 30 minute parking spots outside the museum for dropping off and picking up.
Public Transport
Helston is well served by buses that link it to the various districts of the county.
There are regular routes from Penzance, Hayle, Praa Sands, Porthleven, Falmouth, Redruth, Camborne and Truro as well as numerous services to the Lizard. To link with the trains, look for routes connecting to stations at Redruth, Camborne and Truro.
