A photographic postcard of a farmyard, believed to be in the Helston area. The postcard shows three ladies, three gentlemen and one lad with a dog. The cottages are white washed and tidy, with hens in the yard. It is a picturesque scene, including possibly the local minister. - NB, taken from memory day info: Benny's farm St Johns, now St Johns Close, Helston. Mill cottage in the background, not the mill cottage known as Mill House where the miller used to live off the Botough mill down the lane. 1935 - Mr and Mrs Horace Williams live in the cottage at the back entrance to mill lane.
