The museum is managed by the Charity South Kerrier Heritage Trust on behalf of Cornwall Council. Day-to-day the museum is run by a staff team who generously supported by a brilliant team of volunteers.

Museum Assistant (Collections): Mary Ford is working with us 1 day a week in her final year at University following the completion of a work placement year from the University of Exeter. Community Engagement Curator: Isobel King works with us 4 days a week to support all aspects of community participation. She is also the point of contact for Arts Awards.
