The museum is managed by the Charity South Kerrier Heritage Trust on behalf of Cornwall Council. Day-to-day the museum is run by a staff team who generously supported by a brilliant team of volunteers.

Community Engagement Curator: Isobel King works with us 4 days a week to support all aspects of community participation. She is also the point of contact for Arts Awards.
